Cold, Cold,Cold.

We braved the snow on Saturday for a trip to see our lovely friends Becky, Dan and Elsie in Nottingham. The switching on of the lights made for a very festive day.

Madeleine is now obsessed with Christmas puddings, and this has coincided with reaching the "Why?" milestone. A challenging combination!

What Thomas Doin'?

My latest achievements and favourite pastimes include; blowing raspberries, clucking my tongue, pulling my sister's hair and patting/hitting everything in sight.

Movember

Madeleine is competing with Andrew in the Movember moustache growing charity event. (It's actually just chocolate icing from Daddy's Happy Birthday Cake. I wish I could say the same for Andrew's.) Happy Birthday Daddy and Happy Birthday Mai!

6 Month Milestone

Mr.T is sitting up and enjoying the world of new possibilities.

Metatarsus Adductus

Madeleine was completely unfazed by the application of her plaster cast in order to straighten out her left forefoot yesterday. She's still able to walk and run - a big relief considering it'll be on for 6 weeks. It looks as though Thomas will have to go down the same route.

Sisterly Love

Holiday at High House Part 2

In the second half of our week we really enjoyed catching up with the ever-expanding Howes clan. Swimming (thank you Barbara) and seasonal pumpkin carving (thank you Mike and Ruth) were undertaken. It was also lovely to see Nanna, Pappa and Great-Grandma. All in all, it was a fun-packed family holiday in lovely surroundings. We'll be back!

Holiday at High House Part 1

Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for the opportunity to housesit and have a lovely week in the beautiful Norfolk countryside. In the first half of the week we were joined by the Turners. With 5 children between us we managed to fill the house. Activities included; a day at Cromer beach, a ride on the Bure Valley "Spooky Express" steam train, canoe trip on the river for the boys and a shopping trip in Norwich for the girls.
